Custom Pricing Based on your Job

Photorealistic Renders are a great way to share your vision with your client. Because each room and design is drastically different from the next pricing is highly dependent on many variables:

• The size of the project

• The specifics of the product and materials to include

• The level of detail required

• The number of final images needed

What it Takes

You, as the designer, are responsible for providing:

• Dimensioned floor plans and layouts (these can be drafted files, or hand drawn notes), Reference photos are helpful, but not required.

• Color schemes and material selections, including wallpaper and fabrics if applicable

• Product and furniture selections. These can be specific vendor products or generic descriptions

• Time - a minimum of 2 weeks, but possibly more depending on the scope of your project

What You Get

I pride myself on providing excellent service and beautiful, accurate work. All final products will be a genuine collaboration resulting in the realization of your design come to life. As part of your individualized fee you will get

• Organized intake forms to make it easy to relay your vision

• 1 Zoom meeting to discuss and review your project. (More may be added for additional cost.)

• 2 final High Resolution room shots. (More may be added for additional cost.)

• Your company logo or watermark on all final Renderings
